Data Collection and Routing Architecture
No Sourcing or Hosting of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
PoliPoll Research AI, LLC (“the Company”) operates strictly as a transactional routing intermediary and insight optimization platform. By architecture and policy, the Company does not collect, capture, maintain, or host any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from research participants or survey respondents.
All participant registrations, profile verification data, and demographic metrics stay natively within the isolated, secure environments of our primary downstream sample suppliers. Our system architecture enforces an absolute firewall via an Anonymized Transaction ID Mapping Sequence: when a survey session is initiated, we ingest the supplier's transaction token, completely strip all associated metadata, and map a dynamic, localized transaction ID for execution. Upon project completion, our platform reconverts our localized identifier back to the source supplier’s token to transmit completion parameters. At no point in this automated sequence does the Company expose, interact with, or store individual identity data.
